i had an absolutely horrible experience at nalley valley securespace. i am appalled and horrified by their business practices, especially the customer service aspect (most specifically with their manager Dana.) some of my top issues and experiences: 1. their elevator is constantly broken. during the many months i had a unit at this facility, i was able to use the elevator only a few times because of constant service interruptions. 2. when i brought my concerns about having to move out of the facility without a working elevat... read more
The manager Tanya was exceptionally good at her work. She found exactly what I needed and showed me several empty storages. All those times with very professionally yet smiley face and showed her kindness. It is very stressful moving and looking for a storage places. Tanya made me comfortable and eased the stress.
