It’s great to deal with a team who has excellent customer relations skills. Malia is extremely knowledgeable and professional in handling my questions and helping with storage alternatives. I currently have 4 storage units at the Mililani location and very happy with the service I receive.
Henry at the Mililani location was very professional and helpful. I secured a unit today and he was very thorough and patient. I returned to the Mililani location this week to rent a second unit. Henry and Malia are so awesome! They assisted me to obtain a unit in the same building as my original one. Their customer service skills are second to none! They are both so patient and attentive. Thank you!
Malia and Tammy are super friendly, helpful and efficient! The service they provide is what is lacking now days and we really appreciate the assistance and care they gave when we stopped in the office.
