the prices keeps going up, and no obvious improvements seen, plus gates arent functioning proper and now no restrooms there!!! this has shown me how unimportant customers are to the company!
Went from a great experience with booking and paying but the manager on duty was not only late opening while my service companion sat on the handicap parking cement barrier. She said call center did not know what they are doing cause I was authorized overnight storage of the moving pod. She walked all new people to their places and gave them outside access but instead told me mine was on the first floor as booked even tho it was up a steep ramp.
