Easy peasy renting online. Called today to pay to get in earlier. I was told I cannot due to my lease starts tomorrow. All good. We’ll be there tomorrow. Got there Saturday 8/22. Code didn’t work. Went to the office. The lady was rude. When I told her I didn’t have time for that, she changed her attitude and figured out the problem was on their end, not ours. So far so good. We’ve had an easy time accessing the storage unit, not having to bother anyone.
Marvin helped out a lot!! Quick easy process. Didn’t even have to struggle with finding answers or the unit for me. Much mahalos to Marvin 🤙🏾 Tammy on site distributed top notch customer service!!! She was really patient and assisted with all of my questions and concerns.
