Great service and clean facility
Errol did a great job. Made things easy. I need to be close to a friend's locker since I was moving stuff from there to my own. Explained rates, held the door and met me by my locker with the key. A super customer service experience. Highly recommend.

Chris was very helpful, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. I just got oriented and I’m impressed! UPDATE: sudden and drastic price increases, poor communication, lights go out while you're organizing your space leaving you in the pitch dark and freezing cold. $42 late fees when you've been verbally told that a note is on your account that you're going to pay in a few days. I've paid for every single month in this place and I'm thrilled to be leaving this month.
