Managers awesome, his names Alpha. The other guy that works there, lacks people skills... prices were great and had no problems. Then they hiked up the price to almost double the cost. The place lacks a customer service number that actually provides "customer service". They do not call back when you request corporate to. For any issue. If they do in my experience the person you speak has zero authority to actually assist you
Seem lost and they dont follow CA laws when it comes to contractual obligations.
