Great location amazing vibes. It feels like a mini family in there.! The gentleman that works at the counter is amazing friendly quick and efficient. It’s weird that it’s such a good experience at a storage place lol
Such unprofessional service. Was told Access hours were until 10 pm. So when I show up at 8 pm with no where to store my belongings No Access! I waited over 36 hours to speak with the manager. In which I had to call again (4x). I was told we already put your refund into the system, wasn't sure why I was calling. No communication or apology to me was necessary!! Thanks for that!!!!!
Samantha did a very good job of answering my questions, very professional! Only thing I forgot to ask, and still need to know, is the UNIT NUMBER of the new 8' X 18" Storage Unit that I just signed up/paid first month's rent for at the Shattuck Ave. Self-Storage Unit in Berkeley, so would just ask that she send me an e-mail about that.
