Easy to start rental process
So far so good 😊 Easy to access with security code of course, Triple security access, clean and safe building and space, easy access to public transportation, my bus stop is just across the street. Simple registration process, Affordable price for the space I needed. I totally recommend this place, Good quality and plenty of light,
Such unprofessional service. Was told Access hours were until 10 pm. So when I show up at 8 pm with no where to store my belongings No Access! I waited over 36 hours to speak with the manager. In which I had to call again (4x). I was told we already put your refund into the system, wasn't sure why I was calling. No communication or apology to me was necessary!! Thanks for that!!!!! BTW....some automated response is absolutely not acceptable! For future reference this tells and makes The Customer feel not listened to or heard... read more
