Elegant and relatively easy. Do not get an elevated storage unit, however.
Very bad storage in general.I booked this storage unit in April, but the latch on our unit has been broken since then. Because of this, we cannot properly open or close the unit by ourselves. Every time we need to close it, we have to call the staff for help, and they have to use a hammer just to make it work. I have reported this issue more than five times in person to the staff and also by email, but I still have not received any proper response or solution.
