I spent the last two days doing some work here and I came across Angela the store manager who was very nice and welcoming even cracked a few jokes w you. All and all highlight of my week!!!
Manager was awesome and extremely helpful. My unit got broken into and she was able to get someone out here to help get it repaired and secured within the same day.
Leah was perfect. She didn't mind showing me 2 units because I couldn't decide. She explained everything very well. She sealed the deal for me!!
absolutely horrible service Jimmy D the dude who works there is Horrible. is never in office always sitting outside the building in his truck doing god knows what while having a “well be back soon” sign on the door but will be sitting in his truck for hours. no one is ever on sight i mean he is but always in his car never actually doing his job. i called about a unit i have been trying to cancel but again hes never in the store, i moved out of austin and can no longer go in person have called customer service and he finally ... read more
