This company is currently denying me coverage for medically-necessary care that they previously approved. Conveniently for them, they made this decision just as my deductible got met, so they should be responsible for 100% of my costs for the rest of the year. This company and network of companies is impossibly hard to deal with! Every time I call I gets some rude service rep that acts like I should know the answers to my questions already and like I'm wasting their time. I'm the type of person that reads the literature on my coverage cover to cover. The ambiguity of coverage and the attitude of employees is unbearable. I cannot wait until open enrollment!
