Patricia is a natural at couples therapy. She is equal parts somatically deep due to her PACT training, relationally no-nonsense due to her RLT training, and solutions focused due to CBT and Gottman. You will feel both challenged and held by her in a way that produces results and feels, well, natural. Plus she’s funny and a joy to be around!
Patricia is a thoughtful, compassionate, and skillfully trained clinician who helps couples understand their dynamics, and then teaches them the tools they need to change the way they interact with each other. She is direct and kind at the same time which is really the most effective way to help couples see their blind spots, and create long lasting growth.
Patricia is an excellent therapist, empathetic, great listener, always gives solid advice and has gotten me through many painful eras and phases. I believe she's a great fit for anyone and everyone.
