Workers are rude and arrogant, customer service was useless
Really don’t think it’s done by ‘professional company’. First two photos indicated after the workers left. Nothing was complied with Australian Standards. Asked them to use lacing method and tie the lower part of the new fence by using AS, but the results are very disappointing. The lacing wire has no proper tension on itself with lacing wire passed through the second diamond, not every diamond, and the lower part of the chainwire is not tied in according to “the fourth diamond needs one tie down wire” regulations.
