Clean, easy to get to and great customer service
I can't say enough good things about Secure Summit Storage. I had to move out abruptly and was feeling completely overwhelmed, but their team made everything so much easier. They were incredibly understanding, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. Facility exterior is dirty, they issued a storage unit to me that was being occupied, had to wait until late at night for this to be temporarily corrected. Upgraded units, than they force place renters insurance unless you provide them a copy of your homeowners insurance policy to add the storage unit as loss payee. Than upon giving notice well in advance they kept sending texts inquiring if we had vacated the unit week (s) before the agreement was to be terminated.
