Andy the owner is Very much involved. He is easy so work with. They make it very easy to pay and the prices are cheaper than the other units I researched in the area.
Great customer service. I had a couple of hiccups in the beginning and they helped me through it. I even received a call from the owner to make sure my problem was taken care of. Like I said, great customer service.
I've been a tenant at secure storage for four and half years. They have been excellent to work with. The area is secure and well maintained.
