Everything was fine... until one morning, a very unpleasant man called, threatening to cut my lock, clear out my container, and even mar my credit rating. (Wait, WHAT?!?) As it turns out, there was a problem with my monthly auto-pay that they never bothered notifying me about. It would've been nice to receive a courtesy call, but they piled on 2 months of late charges instead (which I suppose is more profitable.) I'm out of there as soon as I can get a truck lined up. You don't treat your customers like criminals!
