The owners of this place are a joke!! They fail to process payments, don’t send you a bill, won’t answer phones and do not know how Accounts Receivables work or even how to run an actual business! I do NOT recommend them, they will screw you!!!!
I have been with this company for over 10 years. They have treated me with nothing but respect. When I was going through my divorce they worked with me not against me to help with my transition. The space is at a great price and even when they had to up the price they communicated. The facility is always clean and there is room to get around. I will stay here until I move again and I would recommend them hands down. Thank yall for always being great people.
I've been to the spot that I supposedly have a storage unit the place is in shambles looks like it's easily broken into and then when I Google the address on my lease it pops up as a place somewhere in the middle and I don't honestly know if it's still open I'm trying to get my money back and they charged me twice for One units
