Friendly and fast easy service!
Very friendly people but I wish they would take off when they say they are going to and I wish I could pay it online myself so I know it gets paid before the end of the day or waiting for it to be paid I don’t like being late on payments but it’s not my fault because I always have money on my card to pay the storage unit place it’s whenever they decide to take it off that makes my payment late
I have had a unit on walnut st in Chillicothe for a while. It is a very clean and well maintained storage facility. Nick is a very nice and friendly person to work with. He makes it easy to pay by offering several different types of payment options and the location is great. He also works with Military. I would recommend using this facility.
