By far the worst business transaction completed. I prepaid for a unit for the month of August. Moved my items out on July 28th. Attempted to contact them throughout the weekend;however, they were closed. Spoke with a representative on that Monday 7/30 who assured me I'd be reimbursed and that I did not have to send in a 10 day letter.
