So far, the past few months our experience has been great! Our unit is not temperature controlled but they have them available. On moving day our unit seem to be pretty clean other than needing to be swept. We noticed that they have maintained mouse traps. We have our payment deducted monthly automatically which is super helpful they send an email before the deduction and after! They have been consistent with the payments and dates!
This is a gated facility that requires a code to enter. This gives me a sense of security that I didn't have with other facilities. I'm also receiving regular updates from the new owners, which shows me that they care about their customers. Unless it's in my home this is the only place I will use for storage.
