The staff is very rude. Had two separate instances of being scolded and insulted for absolutely no reason.
I've rented 2 different units from here for years now, and I will never go anywhere else, simply because of Paula! She is absolutely amazing at her job. She truly cares, and it shows. Her attention to detail and passion also shines through with the team she has working with her. I've never had a bad experience here. The units are always clean. The entire facility is secured by fencing and gated access, with numerous cameras. I felt that my belongings were safe and secure while being stored here. Thanks again Paula!
Manager is rude. Units r costly.Had significant problems with gate code.
I have 4 units at the location on Long Neck road and Paula is great to work with
