The staff is always so friendly! I truly feel my belongings are safe here!
The customer service is terrible. I was charged two additional months after I had moved my belongings out and wasn’t issued a refund because of a fine print statement on the lease. This would be fine and I would have taken the blame for it if not for when I went in to actually sign the lease, I was rushed into it and not given nearly enough time to read any of it. What a lovely experience! The manager was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me determine the correct size I needed (I had no clue!). I feel confident my belongings are safe here! If you are looking for storage, this is the place!
