I don’t drive so I have to take an uber and when I got there, there was a lock that I did not purchase on my unit
While the facility has everything you could want for storage the company has little access to human help. The one employee when after 2 weeks of attempting to pay my bill was rude, evasive and forcefully made me leave the office. I think I'll be moving out of our 2 units.
