Horrible customer service. They are rarely in the office and they don’t answer the phones.
A little chaotic due to the switch of companies but the girl at the office is always a big help. Just annoying at first I was calling the old number forever until I went in and spoke to them. We should have been notified of the change but other than that no complaints.
I’ve been with them for over 20 years and ever since they got bought out from the very first day it’s been nothing but a HEADACHE and problems!!! They never answer the phones when you call EVER!
