Great all around. Super people, easy process, nice location. I spoke to Angela a few days prior for a 10x10 unit, but none were available. She took my number and called me two days later with a unit. Really appreciate that she went out of the way to contact me. Definitely recommend
The manager Shawn was racist. Kept coming around harassing me all time. I was storing my products for my buy/sell business there so I was there everyday all different hours moving things in and out and getting organized. I told him my intentions when I moved in. He later said I was there at night to much and for too long. I said it's 24hr access and there's no time limit. He accused me of living in there like the others. I reminded him about my business. He kicked me out. Very rude. Stalker. Racist.

We stored our belongings for 1 month and were required to buy insurance. I photographed the inside of the unit to document how our items fit inside. Upon delivery to our home the movers noticed the blanket covering the hope chest was soaked. The chest was soaking wet as it sat in this wet blanket the whole month. I immediately took pictures and submitted a claim. I was insulted at their questioning as if I was stupid! They did everything they could to defend their property - at my expense!!
