They are worse management company in Idaho hands down kicked me & my gf out for no reason at all they don't care & when call in get stuff fix they make u pay for it hopefully sooner than later they will go out of business for good
This company does NOT care about its tenants. They don't fix things that are legitimately wrong in a timely maner, and fight with you when you ask them for the repairs or ignore you altogether for as long as thy can. They evicted us for no justified reason. We where never late with our rent, never abused there property and put up with a lot from them for just under two years.
