Moved in January 2025, moved out June 2025. The house had issues, clearly left in rough shape but habitable as I needed somewhere immediately. My problems were promptly addressed except for the fireplace fluke cleaning, as the owner didn’t want to do it. Aside from the issues, they acknowledged it wasn’t in the best shape. Great townhome and easy process for sign-on, but it has been almost impossible to get in touch when anything breaks, or help is needed.
Believe I will be renting my home through this property management till I retire. The manager is the nicest young women I’ve met in a long time. Helpful, smart, respectful, and professional.
