He takes care of the simple items fast with never a need of going to store for parts as he anticipates / understands what is needed for a job. He can plan / execute projects and figure out the plumbing maze in older units. I stop worrying about the issue after I make the call. Octavio was of great service; will definitely use him again. We had a backed up sink and toilet. He is professional, polite, explained everything with options and made sure everything worked properly. He even cleans up after himself! He is a 5 star person and service, thank you Octavio!
We were referred to Octavio by a friend, and he was able to fit us in the same day to replace the valves for our washing machine.
