Have ordered 2 now, Richard has been extremely helpful in both instances when ordering. Great quality product.

First off, Google review needs more stars for the kind of service from a small business like MyParcelBox. Richard was so helpful with everything I wanted to know. Excellent experience with Richard at My Parcel Box. Communication was fantastic from the start as he helped me select and order a parcel box for my apartment building. Shipping from WA to Victoria was free and the box itself was of high quality, easy to assemble and works beautifully. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing service. Richard always provided updates and assistance when emailed . I would highly recommend. Easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Thank you sincerely. Have not installed yet due to rain but looking forward to having secure packages. 🩷💚🖤❤️
