First off, Google review needs more stars for the kind of service from a small business like MyParcelBox. Richard was so helpful with everything I wanted to know. The whole time I was ringing or texting Richard, it was never a problem, and thank you so much for that. Excellent experience with Richard at My Parcel Box. Communication was fantastic from the start as he helped me select and order a parcel box for my apartment building. Shipping from WA to Victoria was free and the box itself was of high quality, easy to assemble and works beautifully. Highly recommended.

I bought my My Parcel Box even before my house was finished because I just knew it was going to be perfect — and I wasn’t wrong. I had such a good time putting it together (with plenty of coffee breaks along the way) and watching it all come together was honestly one of the highlights of my build.
