We’ve paid secure pacific for 11 years for a monitored fire alarm system. When we made changes to the home and tried to cancel the service, we were told we didn’t have a monitored fire service but we’d been billed for years for the service. I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. Around 1/20/21 I submitted the request that we start the process of taking over an existing contract. They were slow to respond, did not get back to me with information when promised, and it took all the way until 3/8 for the takeover to be complete...or so I thought. Excellent customer service. They really went the extra mile. Things rarely turn out as 'planned' but they made it happen: at a reasonable cost too.
