They were ok years ago. Over the last couple years Secure Pacific has been horrible to deal with. We paid for an upgrade 10 months ago and have yet to the upgrade. You can't get anyone to call you back. For three months straight our entire management team was being woken up with alert calls between 1-2 am in the morning because the fire alarm was turning off for a second. We’ve paid secure pacific for 11 years for a monitored fire alarm system. When we made changes to the home and tried to cancel the service, we were told we didn’t have a monitored fire service but we’d been billed for years for the service. They continued to raise the payment over the years with no notice, they’d call the wrong people when an alarm would go off but there is no communication when you need to speak to someone. I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. Around 1/20/21 I submitted the request that we start the process of taking over an existing contract. They were slow to respond, did not get back to me with information when promised, and it took all the way until 3/8 for the takeover to be complete...or so I thought. On 3/23, my office was broken into--the LITERAL thing that I am paying them to protect me for and notify me about immediately. Excellent customer service. They really went the extra mile. Things rarely turn out as 'planned' but they made it happen: at a reasonable cost too.
