Be aware ! Very bad experience with Roy FARAH. He took all my information and come back with “Henry good new. I spent one hour with my lender yesterday. my lender will get you 65% of appraisal value which is 3.5M congratulations. Interest rate at 11.99 percent and on top of that 4.5 percent of lenders fee “ this is what I get at the end of day. Be aware ! They are not provide you appraisal report if you not working with them. I paid 6000 for the guy to come do appraisal for me . then he is telling me the report is belong to ... read more
