Secure Land Title was phenomenal to work with. Tattianna was the greatest! She made the signing to sell our first home (which we had built and lived in for 21 years) a great experience. Tattianna painted us a beautiful painting of our first home to keep as a cherished memento in our new home. I am very grateful for the experience, care and compassion Tattianna showed to us.
Tattiana Martin was an absolute GEM!!! I didn't realize how much title companies were responsible for during the home buying transaction. Tatti was very responsive to questions, meticulous in her preparations for closing day, and was able to adapt quickly when there were some issues (on the other party's title side) to ensure an on-time closing.
