Needed storage for a couple of months while moving house. Robert gave excellent customer service and was very helpful in sorting things out. The storage unit was clean and just what I needed at the time with fair pricing. 24/7 access was handy and there were no hidden fees, like some other storage facilities. Overall a great service and I would recommend to others.
I needed a short term storage solution between selling my family home and moving somewhere more permanent and Robert was so very accomodating and helpful. The units are awesome, clean and well looked after and the facility so very secure. Rob even went above and beyond linking me to a removalist who took everything from my home to the unit and packed it and then unpacked it and brought it to my new home. I 100% recommend Rob and the Secure-It Self Storage team - great people, great service.
