Installed a fence without a permit that had to be removed. Fencing was paid in full and company wouldn't return and calls or emails. They offered no solutions and when asked for a refund, was told they would put a request in with the Manager!!!

We paid these people over 6k for a fence about 6 years ago. Supposed to be a privacy fence but you can see through the cracks. Anyway, one of the hinges came off the big gate and the gate fell and cannot be moved by my husband or I. I called Secure, who installed the fence, to come and repair it, since it is their product. I was told $450.00 and that the repair would not be done until we paid in full in advance. Not happening! That is such a red flag to us. I started the process of getting a fence on Oct 13, 23. As yet nothing has been done. I don’t receive a phone call back. If I’m lucky enough to speak with someone I get pushed off to another person who doesn’t do anything. I’ve paid a deposit. I’ve cleared what needed to be cleared on the property. Secure Fence and Rail hasn’t followed through on anything. Very dishonest company. We were asked by the salesman to sign and initial a blank contract and were told that the office will put in all the information and will send us a copy, but we never got one. They did our fence last month. Broke our sprinkler pipe and did not notify us and when we called the office, we were told that we declined the warranty, and it will cost $250 to come out and fix it when they caused the problem! I have used them twice. Their work is about as perfect as it can be. I have no reservations about recommending the group out of Titusville. All materials are perfect, and the installation is solid. Not a reputable company based on my interactions starting 2/16 and ending 3/13. The website promises free estimates and nowhere says estimates for replacing operator units are charged. I scheduled an estimate to be free. Just before the estimator came and said this was a service call to repair the gate. I told him the gate operators were beyond repair per the home inspection and this was a replacement estimate. I was charged a $300 service fee for the estimator to look at the operators for under 5min and say, 'this can't be ... read more

DO NOT USE SECURE FENCE &RAIL Hi we’re new to Florida . I just wanted to let you know we had a contract to have a fence installed by secura fence and rail. The whole process has been a complete nightmare first with problems getting the fence on the schedule. The install was done very poorly had to have them out several times to try to fix the install. Daniel cane out and gave me quote as I am a returning customer and agreed on price and start date. Installers showed up at 08:30 AM and removed old fence on back of yard. Then started and did not take a break or lunch and completed the job at exactly 7:35 PM. I cannot say enough as to the work and profesionalism and courtesy shown for this install as was the first fence Secure installed.
