I have no complaints about this place love the location and the fact that they give me a reminder text wheb my bill is due which is really nice. They recently helped me since I was late paying and gave me the rest of the day before more fees were added which really helped. I love Mary and Tammy working with them has been easy and nice. UHaul assigned this location for drop off but there was no way of getting in through the gate. Ended up having to call UHaul and reassign the vehicle to another location.
We needed a storage unit that was nearby and easy to get in and out of. They have been more than accommodating this whole time. After we filled one large unit, we needed a second unit and they were able to easily able to easily provide us with one. When we had issues with the door, they were very happy to help us get another unit and even put paper down on the floor so that our furniture would stay clean.
