If I could give zero stars, I would. The fridge broke down repeatedly, costing me hundreds in spoiled food, and they refused to replace it — just sent people who never fixed the problem. They constantly drove by without notice, and in my final month they even tried to evict me and take my deposit over a scheduled city bulk pickup of FURNITURE at the curb. This landlord is unprofessional and does not care about tenants. Avoid renting here at all costs.
