Piss poor, I had this warranty, notified them that my car was stolen, requested that they refund my last payment since it came out after the theft and I was told they can’t do that. How shitty. I will got a different route.

I don't like how pushy they are they'll tell you anything to get a sale.i can tell that they are a scam because you hear the the little pop thing when you pick up the phone and say hello

My Gf tried to get thru training and the trainer was so unprofessional. He made fun of the workers and cuss at them. He'd say u cant have distraction and then talk to his dog and say hes allowed to have them cause he rules this place. Then brags that they have a 70% turn over rate like thats something to be proud of this place is the biggest joke ive seen do not work here

Had an amazing experience as the certified I got from one of their reps ended up paying 5 grand for my Chevy's transmission , sad to hear how it didn't work out for the others who left reviews, I think I got the plan from their admin named Aegis, hope this helps!
