When I made my purchase, I added special instructions to ship with another order to save me shipping charges. They did not follow my instructions. And after calling customer service, They said they did not see any special instructions. Also their email confermation does not show you the special instructions. Customer service did not refund the shipping, because they could not see the special instructions. I will never buy from this company again. It would have only cost them $5.00 to refund me. So Sad.
