Secure Association Management, led by Annette Miller, has repeatedly imposed questionable and likely unlawful fees on homeowners without proper justification or due process. Their enforcement tactics are aggressive and often ignore both Texas Property Code and HOA bylaws. Rather than acting in the best interest of the community, they seem more focused on extracting money through intimidation and procedural abuse. Homeowners deserve better oversight and transparency. Avoid if possible.
