Whenever i talk to them they are very helpful solving problems and finding information!
Absolutely awful. It was better when we had Tate but since William has taken over it has gone down hill. He will ignore you for weeks and when you're able to get a hold of him and schedule maintenance on the exterior or pest control he'll only do it half way. Multiple times he'd "confirmed" a time only for no one to show up and for him to be unresponsive (both week day and weekend). Absolutely awful. Multiple times william has scheduled maintance and not followed through with coordination. I've wasted days waiting for the appts he schedules and no one shows up. He usually says "they got into an accident" but when you ask them they have no idea what accident im referring to. They try to schedule day of with no notice and its like pulling teeth to get updates.
