Secure Association management is so awesome. I've been working with Sierra, Jessie and some other staff to get approval for some additions to our back yard. Every time I speak with Jessie or Sierra, they are always very kind, patient, respectful and helpful. Whenever i talk to them they are very helpful solving problems and finding information!
Absolutely awful. It was better when we had Tate but since William has taken over it has gone down hill. He will ignore you for weeks and when you're able to get a hold of him and schedule maintenance on the exterior or pest control he'll only do it half way. Multiple times he'd "confirmed" a time only for no one to show up and for him to be unresponsive (both week day and weekend).
