Terrible customer service.I’m trying to cancel my rental, so I’ve sent several emails, and messages through their website, and called multiple times and got no response. No employees at the office and phone calls go straight to voicemail.
Cancelled my gate code a day early not allowing me to finish moving out,and wouldn't answer my calls or texts about this
