I was quoted a low price over the phone for a simple repair, but when the technician arrived, the cost shot up. They claimed additional parts were needed that I wasn’t told about in advance. The price ended up being nearly double what I was initially quoted. Very misleading and disappointing.

They will try to scam you. A warranty company assigned them to fix my garage door opener. Before even inspecting it, the technician claimed the entire door needed to be replaced for $4,500, which wouldn’t be covered. A second opinion from another company revealed a simple fix, saving thousands. Avoid this company.

Poor-quality materials and dishonest business practices. The spring broke again, and another company fixed it for half the price. The original job was done poorly, and they charged for work that wasn’t completed. Would not trust them again.
