I had a great experience working with Nicole at Public Storage. She was extremely attentive, helpful, and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and guide me through the entire process for both of my storage units and trailer storage. Nicole made everything easy and gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are secure. Her customer service truly makes a difference, and she is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this Public Storage location on Main Street in Riverside!
I just want to jump on here to express my gratitude for a great experience when looking around for a storage place. Nicole Vargas was excellent to deal with, as well as affordable prices. I will definitely be sharing with friends too. Thank you, Nicole!
Although my situation changed and my need is no longer in Riverside, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to rent from this facility. Close to the freeways and very clean. The staff member I spoke with, Nicole, was on top of her game with pricing, info, and special offers online. I will stay with Public Storage as my next choice because of my experience with Nicole. Thank you
