I angry pleased with the storage facility because it is clean and easy to access. But mostly the reason I love this facility is that there are two women, Ursula and Scarlett that have helped me with any and all problems, including uploading my insurance proof, getting quick answers to my billing questions and generally welcoming me by name when I walk in the door! Wonderful people.
At 2-months into my contract, I received a letter to raise rent. I see they get you in cheap and raise rent almost immediately. Look elsewhere. Don’t enable this type of crooked business.
I really liked this storage place. The lady helping me was super helpful and very kind.
I want to RAVE about the amazing customer service I received from Ursula! She is super knowledgeable & informative with all the options this facility offers. Huge thank you to her! She will always be our favorite part of our future visits.
