THEFT and DECEPTION! Not Secure and they don’t care…. Been at this facility since it was built. I’m now leaving as it has progressively gotten worse each time it changes ownership. USE TO BE secure, clean and have great customer support. Now it’s FILTHY, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT once they get your pay set up. I also had my unit broken into. Terrible Customer Service! Constantly being harassed by homeless people outside or people that are living in the units! I called to complain about a matter with my lock and an employee emailed me shortly after saying this ! I want every single dollar back from this storage AND upper management to call me immediately!
I currently rent three storage units at this facility, and I am extremely concerned about the conditions and management. There are individuals living inside storage units, running refrigerators off extension cords, which creates serious safety and fire hazards. The property has become unsanitary, and there is clear evidence of drug use on-site. If I could give this storage unit a zero I would. I've been maintaining my most memorable belongings in this storage unit for awhile now. I started off paying a hundred and some change to now paying almost 250, And I can't begin to tell you that the treatment I've been receiving from Customer Service is one for the books. It's bad. To make matters worst there is hardly ever anyone in office to answer your call, even when I show up to the property no one is ever in office!
