Need better hours.some people work late and it says you close at 7. We can't get in
Units are clean and the indoor storage is well lit and maintained, however the carts are in BAD shape. The wheels on them roll like they are made of square rock and one small cart is missing a wheel. Also the person working needs to park in a marked and designated parking spot, not park where they are blocking the storage entrance door. People pay to get in and out of the storage units and to have access, not have to maneuver around someone’s car, especially with carts that will not roll in a straight line.
The onsite mgr is very helpful & attentive. She's always super polite & very eager to assist in any situation. She's also very helpful & always takes the time to ensure that you get exactly what it is that you're looking for.
