Have done business here for a long time never had an issue and Mr.Pere has always been super helpful.
The reviews on here are being carried over from the original owners who were incredibly kind people! They have since sold to Corp owners who are ever so GREEDY! Over the last few years my rates went from $60/mo to $68/mo, to $82/mo and now just jacked up to $95/mo. The care taker is a pretty decent reasonable guy. I DO NOT recommend anyone supporting this business though! Just terrible price gouging!!! If thats what you want in your storage unit company, this is the one for you.
