Customer service was outstanding! Latrice was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me manage my sorority’s storage unit!
No office on site - getting someone to meet you there is nearly impossible. Humans do not answer the phone and the automated phone system is incredibly unhelpful and SLOW. New managment - same horrible service.

I mean it’s a storage unit, what can you say about it really. Customer service has been helpful but the rent increases are ABSURD! The rent was already ridiculous for a little 5x5 storage unit that isn’t climate controlled. I have had this storage unit since June 2024 and they have increased the rent TWICE in that time. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! They now want to charge me $84/month (rent + monthly protection plan) for a FIVE X FIVE OUTSIDE STORAGE UNIT! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
