I signed my deaf father up for a storage area and gave the first person I spoke to all of the information for him so that there would be no issues etc. Then when I reviewed the lease they emailed me I saw that he made two glaring mistakes so I called right back immediately and explained the situation and they refused to make changes unless my father got on the phone and gave them permission.
