I’m genuinely curious about this amazing customer service everyone is experiencing because no matter what day or time I try to come by the office to handle an issue there is not a single employee available. Ever.
VERY SHADY facility and I would steer clear. Initially offered a low introductory rate of $29 knowing that it would increase to $57 in 3 months, which it did. However, after another 3 months they are now trying to charge me $159 a month! This is despite being told by 2 different representatives on phone it will only raise to $64. Additionally, shortly after renting they have removed ALL onsite personal and it is very difficult to get any one on the phone.
