Wonderful experience! Both the person who helped me on the phone and Steve at the office (in Erie) were absolutely wonderful! Steve got me a great storage spot closer to the elevator as I am a tiny woman carrying a lot of stuff and it was perfect. Not to mention it is temperature controlled, it has the elevator and loading carts plus they sell anything you may need like boxes, tape, etc. Steve also got me a free lock! Getting a storage unit was incredibly seamless!! It took no time at all and Ken was a delight to work with. They also have a first month free deal (I’m not sure how long it lasts).
