I have been trying to resolve the closed account issue with the Durham facility since my credit card was billed. Yesterday, an added charge of $48+ was added to my account. I have a copy of the closure for this account dated 7/26 and validated today at a site here in Ca that the files contain this 0.00 balance receipt and closure.
