returning customer here. i kept a car in their uncovered parking back in 2021 and just came back to rent a small space for some personal files. the place looks pretty much the same, which is good. the office is neat and they always have packing tape when I run out.
Glad I caught the 50% off first month promo! I moved to Monument from Denver and needed a staging area for my living room furniture while our house was being painted. Getting a first floor unit meant I didn't have to mess with elevators while carrying a heavy sofa. The facility is kept clean and the flatbed carts they leave in the hallway are sturdy.
Outstanding customer service! The property manager Will was absolutely wonderful—helpful, kind, professional, and genuinely understanding of our needs. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. On top of the excellent service, the facility is very clean, spacious, and affordable. The storage units offer plenty of room at great prices. Overall, an outstanding facility with excellent management. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and budget-friendly storage solution!
My brother used this exact location a few years ago and told me to check it out. I ended up getting a climate controlled unit for my vinyl record collection. The temperature inside the building stays consistent even when it snows outside. Using the app to open the main gate is such a nice touch so I don't have to roll my window down in the cold!
