bought a bunch of wardrobe boxes and tape from the front office today and it was a great experience. the lady working the desk was so nice and helped me figure out exactly what i needed. she even showed me the 10x10 units they had available. the property looks really well maintained. i will definitely be renting my space here next month.

The storage unit was recently bought out by public storage. They have increased rental charges, added on additional fees without explanation on the bill. Attempted to call customer service who was condescending, rude and completely unhelpful. Wish I would've known about this but out prior to opening my account in June.

There is no point of contact for the facility since it was acquired by public storage and they have increased our rent by 25%. We have been tenants at this location for nearly 9 years.

Outstanding storage space. The temperature is always consistent, the building stays calm and quiet, and security is clearly a priority. Everything about this place feels professional and top notch.
