Shaun did Beuno, great survice.
Poor customer service. Very hard to catch a live human in the office on site. I rented a unit online and when I got to the unit there was someone else’s lock on the unit I rented. Of course there was no site manager on duty to address the issue with so I had to call the customer service line (and that wasn’t much better), to change locations.
Shaun and Sarah did a good job , took the time to show the unit and make sure I got what I need.. thank you guys
Shaun and Sarah both were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. This has been a wonderful place to store my things and I could not be happier with the service!
