Randomly decided to change my due date without any notification nor did they send a receipt for the payment they decided to take 17 days early. Tried to contact them using the online chat and the robot wouldn’t connect me, tried calling and the automated person said they’re experiencing “higher than normal calls, try again later” and hung up on me. My rate has increased 5 times over the 2 years i’ve had my unit even though I can rent the same unit on their website for the original price I was paying when I first joined. I wi... read more
