They up’s my rent by $19 a month without notice. And it’s HOTTER in their storage than it is outside. I did always want a sauna so I may move my things somewhere else and bring in a mini pool so I can sweat appropriately. Someone may pass out. Do better. 9.19.25 update- they increased my rent over the last year by $28 now. But they still offer units on their website for the same pricing I used to have. Professional and friendly service!!
Ive had my goods in storage here for almost 9 months. 1st noted issue the climate control is barely climate controlled epecially in summer. It's usually warmer in the hall than it is outside. Secondly in the time my stuff has been in storage Ive had 2 rent increase totaling more than a 36% increase. I worked for u-haul for 7 years ran multiple storage locations. Worst service, someone stole my dad trailer and then when he go to see where the trailer was, make a lot of excuses, took the payment even when they already know, didn’t make any solution at least to check cameras or something, if u thinking to rent a unit here don’t do it
We have rented units from Eric and he has been so helpful and patient with me .I really feel Eric does his job to the fullest. He makes renting units and making payments very easy and fast .A very nice and professional guy
