I don’t recommend this place if you want your belongings taken care of. They have rats that eat thru the storage units and will DESTROY your property! The office knows about it and wont do their job to resolve your issues.
I had a rat infestation in my storage unit, and the office was aware of the problem. Despite reporting it, nothing was done to address the issue. My belongings were put at risk, and I was very disappointed by the lack of action and concern. I expected a clean, secure storage facility, but that was not my experience. I would not recommend this place based on how this situation was handled.
My unit has rats and the office knew about it!!!
