Do not rent from this facility. I signed up for a storage unit in February based on prices that were advertised and a price that was quoted to me at the location. In April (2 months!), I received notice that they were raising my price based on “market conditions.” When I called to discuss this issue, I was told my lease allows them to raise my price and there was nothing they would do.
